how it works...

THE SELLING PROCESS

we'll assess your real estate goals

We'll meet to discuss your real estate goals. What is your motivation for wanting to sell and the desired timeline? What is the ideal scenario for you and your family?

prepare your home for the market

Whether you need staging, landscaping, cleaning, painting, etc. We'll determine what needs to be done to the home so it sells for top dollar in the least amount of time. We'll get photography and videography completed so we can market the home appropriately.

03
Go active on the market

We'll go active on the market and open the home up for showings, broker opens, and open houses. We'll use our successful marketing strategy to get in front of the right buyer for your property.

go under contract

Once we find our buyer and negotiate the terms, we'll go under contract. The buyer will complete their inspection, we'll negotiate on repairs if necessary, and we'll work to clear all other contingencies in the contract. 

05
closing day

Once all contingencies have been removed from the contract, we'll head to the closing table and you'll hand over the keys - on to your next chapter!
